Before using remote help function, please make sure that your internet works on your Set-Top-Box.
From the Home Screen, click on Quick Support icon on the Quick Launch Bar (Bottom row with a + icon at the end)
When ready, there will be Your ID on the right column.
Let us know the ID by phone/txt message/WeChat/Whatsapp… and then we will connect to your Set-Top-Box.
When the permission pop up, please click on Allow to confirm.
Then we will do all the rest for you, and when finished, we will quit and cancel the connection.
